Shipping within Canada: We partner with reliable courier services ( UPS and Canpar Express) to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
PO Boxes: Due to UPS restrictions on delivering to PO boxes, HairUp is unable to ship to PO box addresses. We require a physical address that passes UPS verification for all deliveries.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: HairUp store is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges applied by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Free Shipping: We provide Free Shipping across Canada. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional fees may apply for reshipping. Please note that reshipped orders are not eligible for free shipping, and shipping costs will be charged before the order is sent again.

We occasionally offer special shipping promotions, such as gifts, during promotional events. These will be clearly advertised on our website.
