Refund and Return Policy

Your ultimate satisfaction with is our priority! Therefore, we are happy to accept returns of any item bought from within 30 days of purchase. If the product is damaged or defective, our policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt. However, please note that if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Receiving and Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and send you an email to confirm receipt. This email will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, typically within 15 business days from the date we receive your return.

Late or missing refunds

  • Initial Checks: If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
  • Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
  • Bank Contact: Next, contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only items purchased at regular prices can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our original address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
